The Document Processing & OWL System Specialist is responsible for indexing, digitizing, processing, and managing APS and medical documentation through the OWL summarization tool and AWD systems. This role ensures accurate document handling, adherence to SLA timelines, proper labeling, and seamless upload/download workflows to support underwriting and business operations.
Position Responsibilities:
Create and manage OWL APS cases using the OWL Training and Summarization Tool, assigning clear and accurate case names based on internal naming conventions.
Process and analyze transactions in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with the Business Unit.
Use advanced search functionality to retrieve cases, including archived content, and assist with data validation and document tracing.
Identify and highlight potential concerns or risks in line with Compliance and company guidelines.
Perform other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management.
Required Qualifications:
College or university graduate of any course.
Strong attention to detail with effective time management and adherence to SLAs.
Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong system navigation and technical skills with the ability to work independently across multiple systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Above average problem-solving skills
Good understanding of etiquette for written communications (both email and chat)
Fast and accurate data-entry skills with the ability to process high volumes of work accurately
