We are seeking a
Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payment and disbursement processing, as well as administering contract changes for insurance policies. This position is critical in driving operational efficiency, with a strong focus on accuracy and productivity—key performance indicators for the team. It offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to operational excellence while supporting the integrity of our policy administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments and disbursements with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage contract changes for Canadian Retail insurance policies.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
- Consistently meet or exceed accuracy and productivity targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and incorporate feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates
- Experience in back-office operations or administrative roles is an advantage, including exposure to office support functions such as data entry, document management, and general administrative tasks that contribute to efficient business operations.
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT) and render overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
