Job Description

responsible on inputting and verifying client's application to the system, information included are personal, medical, and financial including determining necessary requirement and issue policy.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Input and verify clients personal, medical, and financial information in the system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Determine required documents and prepare necessary requirements prior to policy issuance.
  • Ensure all information is complete and correct to avoid compliance errors and support smooth processing.
  • Manage and complete assigned cases within the required turnaround time while meeting service level targets.
  • Communicate effectively with underwriters and partner departments, handling transactions accurately with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree
  • Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, backoffice, or administrative experience
  • Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Amenable for fixed day shift.
