We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to support the BTS GBS Intelligent Automation Team in Demands and Incidents management and resolution, supervision and support of external RPA support vendor, act as a liaison between RPA support and business, play a business analyst role in the design of simple/medium bots.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Demands and Incidents pipeline in ITSP, evaluate, confirm and administer demands throughout the lifecycle
- Supervise RPA support vendor in the area of demand delivery and incident resolution, ensuring proper resource utilisation and timeliness
- Communication with GBS SMEs, requirements collection, translation into technical language, creation of requirement documentation (Automation Design Document/Process Design Document) for Demands / Incident management
- Cooperation with JTI BTS GBS IA Developers
- As a Business Analyst, engage in the implementation of potential new bots:
- Working with BTS GBS IA Developers (Design, Development, UATs mgmt., Deployment).
- Cooperating with GBS SMEs to collect requirements, clarify the process and prepare the documentation (ADD / PDD) for the new robots
- Support in preparing test data/scenarios during the development and testing phase
Competences:
- Knowledge of demands and incident management principles
- Knowledge of business process mapping and analysis
- Stakeholder management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow for IT (ITSP)
- Knowledge of UiPath capabilities what UiPath can automate in business processes
Requirements

- 2+ years and awareness of UiPath and ServiceNow
