Required Skills & Experience
- 35+ years experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or similar role
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce (Admin-level understanding preferred; certification not required)
- Ability to translate configuration and workflow changes into clear business processes
- Experience supporting CRM migrations, system upgrades, or RevOps process improvements
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with both technical teams (Salesforce implementers) and non-technical stakeholders (BDRs, Sales Ops managers, marketers)
- Experience contributing to documentation or enablement content is a plus
