JOBPURPOSE

TheBusinessProcessExcellenceAnalyst,withthesupervisionoftheBPEManager,will drive process improvement initiatives in support ofGenerika'sstrategic and operating objectives.BPEAnalystwillactasContinuousImprovementPartneroftheProcess

Ownerstohelpstreamlinetheprocessesusingqualitytools,project management, process documentationmethods, Lean SixSigmaand other best practices.He/Sheevaluates current practices, looking for ways to improve productivity, reduce costs, and make the best use of the business's resources.He/Shewill act asdocumentcontroller, making sure that the processes inplacedare documented properly for business continuity

SUMMARYOFRESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist Process Owners in documenting the Branch Operations ManualforGenerikaDrugstore, including guidelines, policies, procedures, and revisions to forms when necessary.
  2. Support Process Owners in drafting the as-is processand recommending the to-be process usingappropriate templates, tools,processdocumentation standards, and best practices.
  3. Identifyareas for improvement with stakeholders, ensuring that all gaps, waste, and inefficiencies are properly addressed throughfeasiblerecommendations.
  4. Assistthe team in implementing theAyusinCircle Program, a process improvement initiative that encourages Operations and Support teams to generate new and innovative ideas.
  5. Facilitate FGDs on quality tools, root cause analysis, and industry best practiceswith Process Owners to develop process improvement projects.
  6. Serve as Project Leadfor assigned process improvement initiatives whenrequired.
  7. Perform ad hoc tasksas needed and as directed by the BPE Manager in line with management priorities.

JOBREQUIREMENTS

WORKEXPERIENCE

  • Atleast3-5yearsofrelevantexperienceinasimilarrole

LEVELOFKNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor'sdegree in industrial engineering,managementoranyrelatedfield
  • CertificationonProjectManagement,LeanSixSigmaorexperience inQMSisaplus
