The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in business process improvement, sales operations, or business analysis
  • Strong background in process documentation, workflow design, and SOP development
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Visio, and other process mapping or SOP management tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence change
  • Experience supporting or working within sales or client solutions teams is highly regarded

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to deconstruct complex workflows and identify opportunities for streamlining and optimization
  • Expertise in process documentation and the creation of clear SOPs and visual workflows
  • Ability to translate operational data into strategic insights that support business objectives
  • Understanding of how process efficiency and documentation influence client delivery and sales outcomes
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive process adoption across teams

Your Daily Tasks

Process Review, Analysis, and Documentation

  • Conduct process discovery sessions with relevant teams to understand workflows, tools, and challenges
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Draft and maintain clear and compliant SOPs, process flowcharts, and supporting documentation
  • Establish and manage a centralized repository for process documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility

SOP Governance and Knowledge Management

  • Develop frameworks for regular SOP review cycles, stakeholder engagement, and process updates
  • Design and maintain tools for effective SOP tracking and revision history management
  • Conduct training sessions to promote SOP adoption and consistent usage across teams

Operational Insights and Reporting

  • Design and generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs, process performance, and business outcomes
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights that support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Present findings through executive summaries and visual storytelling tailored to stakeholder audiences

Business Support and Change Enablement

  • Support the implementation of new and revised processes across GBS functions
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and handover activities to ensure smooth transitions
  • Collaborate with business leaders on initiatives related to operational efficiency and transformation

Support to Strategic GBS Initiatives

  • Participate in broader GBS initiatives, including client solution design, sales enablement, and transformation efforts
  • Align process and reporting outputs with enterprise-wide goals
  • Engage with leaders across sales, operations, and other business functions to drive adoption of best practices
