Your Role

As a Business Process Analyst, you will:

  • Drive smooth Products operations, ensuring stakeholder engagement, procurement activity, and
  • funding processes remain aligned and transparent.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance across procurement and funding workflows to ensure smarter
  • spending and clearer performance insights.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that enable
  • better delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven insights that underpin the wider business and
  • product development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between delivery teams

Essential Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Operations Support, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing procurement activities and funding processes within a corporate
  • environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex operational data into clear performance
  • insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence across various
  • business units.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in process mapping and documentation (e.g., using Visio or Lucidchart).
  • Ability to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City, on an Australian day shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the Telecommunications industry.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
  • Previous experience supporting Australian clients or large enterprise programs.
