Business Planning Supervisor

Del Monte Philippines, Inc. (DMPI) is an organization that operates the world's largest fully-integrated pineapple operation that is proud of its long heritage of 99 years. DMPI markets over 100 processed food and beverage variants, including pineapple solids (sliced, tidbits, chunks), tropical mixes, pineapple juice and mixed drinks, tomato-based products (tomato sauce, catsup, spaghetti sauce), condiments, and pasta (spaghetti , macaroni).

Around 4,000 regular employees work with DMPI to bring high-quality products to customers around the globe. Over 90 percent of these employees work in Mindanao. Key teams managing sales, marketing, finance, logistics, product development and other support operations are based in Metro Manila.

We are looking for a Business Planning Supervisor. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the Customer Development Group (CDG). You won't just move data; you will transform volume performance metrics into actionable insights that drive our short- and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Tracking & Strategic Insights: Generate daily and weekly sales updates to monitor performance against targets. You will proactively identify gaps and work cross-functionally to ensure sales objectives are met.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Gather and synthesize complex data from multiple sources to develop performance driversthe insights that help our leadership understand why we are winning and where we can improve.
• Incentive Management: Administer the annual and quarterly cash incentive programs for the CDG. You will ensure transparency and clarity, fostering a culture of high performance and trust within the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analytics and forecasting.
• Solid experience or exposure to a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment. Familiarity with sales operations and distributor models is a major plus.
• Proficiency in Excel. You are comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to present data in a way that is clear, concise, and persuasive for various stakeholders.
