About The Role
The
Business Partner provides financial insight and advice to the assigned segment in making decisions with financial impact and conducting reporting and analysis. He/She brings financial knowledge and business acumen in providing advice on reporting financial transactions to manage revenue, expense, asset, liability, and equity accounts. This role actively participates in developing planning, budgeting, and forecasting input as well as detailed analysis of results to support their insights.
How You'll Contribute
- Conducts the financial planning and analysis activities including the development of consolidated financial plans, budgets and forecasts, and OPEX/CAPEX across the organisation and operating units/segments as required.
- Produces analysis of organisational and operating unit/segment performance against financial plans including key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities and understands the impact on resource and funding allocations and performance.
- Determines and articulates key business drivers and the provision of critical insights and value-adding analysis for core products and services to support effective organisational commercial decision making.
- Supports the development of strategies and frameworks to improve financial and commercial literacy across the wider organisation.
- Integrates data from various sources to prepare the profitability reports of the assigned group/s
- Brings financial knowledge and business acumen to their specific segment to provide advice on reporting financial transactions to manage revenue, expense, asset, liability and equity accounts.
- Actively participates in developing planning, budgeting, and forecasting inputs as well as detailed analysis of results to provide insight to the segment.
- Builds a collaborative culture across the team that encourages innovation for persistent improvement
- Other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in Financial Planning, Management Reporting and Analysis, Process and Data Analysis, and Business Partnering
