We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This role sits at the center of our operations, supporting SD Search, SD Embedded, SD Exec, and Business Growth. You'll play a key role in ensuring our data is accurate, our reporting is meaningful, and our teams have the visibility they need to perform.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
- Own and manage reports and trackers across the business, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and delivered on time, while continuously improving reporting and data processes to drive efficiency and usability.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for data quality, maintaining accurate, complete, and well-structured data across systems, and improving how it is captured and maintained.
- Work closely with performance data to spot trends and highlight insights that help teams understand what's working and where improvements are needed.
- Prepare and manage data for monthly business reviews, delivering accurate and timely inputs while surfacing key trends to inform discussions.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and business intelligence initiatives, including the use of AI tools (e.g., Claude), to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Act as a go-to person for Salesforce, managing reporting and workflows, maintaining data quality, and resolving issues to support business needs.
- Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with internal standards.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business operations, preferably in an environment where tracking KPIs and maintaining reports was central.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like Power Query, Macros, etc.) for managing and analyzing data.
- Experience working with KPIs or performance data, with the ability to identify trends and surface meaningful insights.
- Experience maintaining reports or trackers, with a strong focus on data accuracy and completeness.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce for reporting, workflows, and data management, including maintaining data quality, resolving issues, and supporting integrations.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to process improvement or automation initiatives, including the use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve efficiency.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and correct them to ensure accurate reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively share insights and update team members and management on performance.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar for advanced reporting and visualization.
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies, like Lean Six Sigma.
- Ideally some awareness of recruitment sector/processes
