Responsibility Statements
QA / Control Analyst
- The QA / Control Analyst is responsible for validating outputs, reducing cutover risk, and maintaining ongoing operational controls for the reporting process.
Core responsibilities
- Run test cycles and support parallel validation of files and reporting outputs.
- Reconcile variances, troubleshoot discrepancies, and monitor failures.
- Perform accrual and payment audit checks to ensure data and process integrity.
- Set up and monitor alerts for metrics, VIN/dealer eligibility volumes, failures, and auditing controls.
- Support stable cutover and business-as-usual operations through documented controls and issue monitoring.
Role summary This role is essentially the control and assurance function for the process—making sure outputs are accurate, exceptions are caught, and audit requirements are consistently met.
