Business Manager - Lucena Branch

The Business Manager for the Lucena Branch will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient delivery of branch services and financial solutions to clients. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the branch team, achieving branch targets, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to promote growth and profitability. The role also involves compliance with banking regulations and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucena.

• Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and compliance with banking regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a managerial role, is an advantage.
