Job Description

The Business Management Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives across Colleague Communications, Community Investment, and Colleague Events. This role ensures smooth execution of programs, timely communication, accurate reporting, and strong stakeholder coordination.

Reporting to the Head of Business Management, Colleague Communications & Events and Community Investment, this role will work closely with the team and leaders across functions to operationalize strategies, manage logistics, maintain program documentation, and support colleague engagement. The role contributes to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting consistent execution acr oss initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting of communication materials such as announcements and event invites. Maintain communication calendars, trackers, and stakeholder updates. Monitor communication metrics and prepare regular reports.

  • Assist in organizing community programs including volunteer activities and NGO partnerships. Supports coordination with external partners and internal volunteers. Track program participation, impact metrics, and documentation.

  • Provide operational support for planning and delivering colleague events. Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, materials preparation, and onsite execution.

  • Provide coordination, administrative support, and followthrough for senior leaders.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years experience in communications, events, CSR, or related support roles.

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Experience supporting programs or events.

  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.

  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate communications or CSR.

  • Background in event coordination or volunteer management.

  • Experience working with multicultural teams.

  • Exposure to project management tools or methodologies.
