The Business Intelligence Specialist supports planning, performance management, and corporate reporting of Filinvest Alabang, Inc. This role combines analytics, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to drive data-informed strategic and operational decisions.
We'relooking for someone who can independently manage workstreams, translate complex data into clear insights, and craft compelling narratives and presentations for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate,validate, and analyze project, sales, customer, and market data
- Develop dashboards, performance reports, and management presentations
- Generate insights on sales performance, buyer profiles, pricing, and market trends
- Build strong data narratives and value-adding executive headlines
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Project Developmentfor data alignment
- Maintain BI tools, trackers, templates, and documentation
- Support feasibility studies, market research, and scenario modeling
- Design high-quality presentation materials using Canva&Powerpoint, aligned with corporate standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 24years experiencein business intelligence, analytics, research, or similar roles
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau is a plus)
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Proficient in Canvaand othersimilar presentation tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Real estate experience is an advantage
