Position Description
- Develop regular and adhoc business dashboards, reports, MIS that will help the business, operations and compliance managers monitor their key performance indicators against goals. Visualize, analyze and provide data driven insights to enable stakeholders to make vital decisions.
- Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports to address control, compliance, or regulatory related requirements
- Regularly generate the list of exceptions to the bank's internal and external policies and regulations using digital monitoring tools
- During internal and external audits, deliver data and reports which are critical in the review of business processes
- Accurately generate the base of customers for marketing campaigns/promotions and service advisories according to business requirements
- Find opportunities to automate data and report generation, as well as rationalize existing reports to ensure there is value in all reports generated |Ensure high quality of work and proactively resolve data issues if any
Educational Qualifications Preferred
- Degree: Bachelor's degree
Required Certification/s
Required work experience
- 1-5 years of working experience in data related field
- Experience in data extraction, reporting, data analysis
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic background in a quantitative discipline like Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Economics
- Proficient in coding languages such as SQL, Python, R
- Familiar with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Amazon Quick sight High integrity
- Strong analytical and communication skills
