YOUR IMPACT

The Analyst for Business Intelligence is an individual contributor whose primary task is to enable the Professional Services Delivery Senior Leaders to drive growth, quality and productivity projects by applying the appropriate mathematical and statistical models to solve and uncover critical business problems. To be effective in this role one must be an expert in data gathering/collection, understanding and defining business problems

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Strong collaboration skills in gathering business and analytics requirements
  • Relentless in the pursuit of data integrity, data availability, data relevance
  • Passionate in translating data into actionable items and storyboards that serve as basis for process improvement and business growth
  • Resourceful and proactive in solving data management issues
  • Efficient deployment of reporting tools and dashboard as defined and agreed by project sponsors
  • Logical and structured approach to any reporting/ data analysis challenge

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Educational Requirement: Computer Science, Data Science, Programming/Coding related programs
  • At least 2 years of handson experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Strong academic track record or demonstrated leadership/active involvement in student organizations.
  • Passionately curious about statistics, data analytics, and big data concepts.
  • Excellent collaborative skills in partnering with different departments in the discovery and layout of their reporting requirements
  • Proactive communication skills that outlines challenges and recommended fix to existing/anticipated issues.
  • Exposure to productivity, efficiency, people and financial data in previous roles and an in-depth understanding of workforce concepts
  • Passionate in beating deadlines and project timelines
  • Must be amenable to working on an EMEA shift.
