What you will be doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled business intelligence analyst to help us gather, organize, and use data to its full potential. By supplementing the organization with informed decision-making, the business intelligence analyst will leverage BI analytics tools to develop strategies aligned with the company's vision. We are seeking a highly intuitive individual who can interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Being a detailed planner and a maestro at communication, the BI analyst will play a vital role in ensuring effective organizational success in the future.

• Dive into the current ways of business and provide insights to improve the same
• Increase the scale of operations by uncovering opportunities for growth using BI data analytics
• Use data mining and predictive analysis, among other BI and data analytics methods to improve the overall scale of the company
• Identify trends and patterns that will change the course of the business if implemented
• Devise data-gathering methods that make sense for the company
• Design and maintain complex data models (star schema), utilizing DAX to create calculated measures, columns, and tables for reporting.
• Build, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, enhancing performance and user experience.
• Utilize Power Query and DAX to clean, shape, and transform raw data into a usable format.
• Gather, clean, and organize huge volumes of data from various sources
• Synthesize and simplify the data to make it meaningful and simple to understand for stakeholders who are not business intelligence professionals
• Find gaps in the operations of the business using data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Work alongside other departments to move towards realizing company goals
• Make reports to track the progress and measure the effectiveness of current strategies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of prior experience in data analytics and business intelligence
• Knowledge of SQL and data mining methods
• Understanding of Python.
• Outstanding data-driven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of various programming languages
• Prior experience working with large sets of data
• Experience working with documentation in a fast-paced environment
