The Business Intelligence Analyst/ Developer acts as a high-level Technical Consultant and a bridge between business needs and technical architecture. Partnering as a peer to Application and Data Leads, this role is responsible for the creation of scalable application logic and high-performance data environments and is responsible for identifying deep-dive needs through analysis and architecting the AI-integrated solutions that drive actual ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Engineering: Partner with the Application Lead to architect and deploy web-based modules using Advanced Programming Logic.
- Diagnostic Analysis: Move from what happened to why it happened, performing root-cause analysis on complex system friction points.
- Impact Assessment: Post-launch, evaluate tool adoption and ROI through user behavior data, recommending major iterative improvements.
- AI Integration: Architect and implement AI-powered features (e.g., LLM APIs) within business processes to automate complex decision-making.
- Consultative Leadership: Facilitate complex stakeholder sessions to shape requirements and manage technical trade-offs.
Qualifications:
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Application Development Frameworks and Advanced Data Manipulation.
- AI & Data Science: Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs and managing datasets for predictive analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate vague business ideas into robust technical designs for executive stakeholders.
- Preferred Skills: SQL, Python and Looker Studio
