Analysis & Reporting Delivery
Step into different business areas and quickly understand business context, key KPIs, and existing analytical workflows.
Reconstruct context from available documentation, datasets, dashboards, and stakeholder inputs.
Deliver timely analysis to support decisions for business team leaders/managers.
Clarify the request's decision purpose, assumptions, and limitations propose approaches when appropriate.
Maintain and improve core reports, dashboards, and scorecards used by business teams.
Ensure stability and consistency of metric definitions over time.
Stakeholder Management & Knowledge Preservation
Manage multiple stakeholder requests by aligning on scope, timelines, and expected outputs.
Proactively identify repeated requests suitable for standardization or templating to reduce future load.
Document data sources, SQL logic, assumptions, definitions, and known issues for recurring outputs.
Prepare handover materials and transfer ownership of reports/scorecards when needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
2-5 years in analytics / BI / business analysis / ops analytics
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or rotating across domains (e.g., shared services, consulting, operations analytics) is strongly preferred
Hands-on experience building and maintaining recurring reports/scorecards and delivering ad-hoc analyses
High adaptability: rapid context switching and fast ramp-up in new domains
Strong written/verbal communication: ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear analytical work and explain results to non-technical stakeholders
Strong SQL and data wrangling skills ability to work independently with large datasets
Solid analytical fundamentals: descriptive analysis, driver/root-cause analysis, cohort/funnel style thinking as applicable
Practical BI/reporting skills (e.g., dashboards, scorecards, automated reporting) and comfort maintaining existing asset
