About the role
Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our dynamic team in MOA. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our call center operations and ensuring optimal workforce management. As a Business Intelligence Analyst II, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient scheduling and staffing of our customer service representatives, helping to drive our business to new heights.
What you'll be doing
- Blending historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analyses
- Identifying and analyzing industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current/potential customer trends.
- Partners with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
- Provide thorough reporting and analysis to management on workforce performance.
- Executes specialized projects and activities and typically works according to set principles.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a workforce management role, preferably within a call center or BPO environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in workforce management software and tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing processes
