About the Role:

We're a gaming company passionate about creating fun, engaging, and innovative experiences. As part of our growth, we're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn data into actionable insights to drive our games, live operations, and business strategy.

What You Can Expect To Work On

  • Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources (game telemetry, marketing, user acquisition, monetization, community, etc.).

  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as retention, engagement, and monetization.

  • Partner with product managers, game designers, and marketing teams to provide insights that influence decision-making.

  • Analyze player data to uncover trends, behaviors, and growth opportunities, explaining underlying patterns and providing actionable insights for strategy and growth

  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis to measure feature impact.

  • Partner with product managers, game designers, and marketing teams to provide insights that influence decision-making, including proposing new data points & calculations to improve output quality

  • Partner with data engineer to collect, clean, store, and make data accessible

  • Apply statistics & generate predictive models for decision-making

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics (gaming industry preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of SQL; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).

  • Familiar with data pipelines and ETL processes.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

  • Passion for games and understanding of gaming KPIs (DAU, MAU, ARPU, churn, etc.).

  • Bonus: Experience with Python/R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
