Ayala Land Group is looking for Business Intelligence Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Optimization
- Gather and consolidate data from various sources to support analytical needs
- Work with stakeholders and data engineering/IT to understand data requirements and ensure that setup aligns with business needs for effective data mining and insight generation
- Data analysis and insights
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities o Partner with business teams to understand their objectives and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making
- Dashboard and report development
- Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports that meet stakeholder needs
- Translate complex data into intuitive visualizations that clearly convey key insights and trends to stakeholders
- Automation of workflows o Identify and analyze existing manual processes and develop automated solutions
- Data Governance and cleanup o Evaluate data sources for accuracy and completeness o Drive data cleanup initiatives to support building of accurate and actionable dashboards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst
- Proficiency with tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database querying and management
- Experience with programming languages such as R and Python
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skill
