Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst & Internal Coordination role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, while ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams. This role bridges analytics and operations by driving reporting efficiency, aligning stakeholders, and improving internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports (e.g., KPIs, performance tracking)
- Conduct competitor scanning and market intelligence analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Monitor competitor campaigns, product offerings, and pricing strategies
- Provide actionable insights and benchmarking reports to support business decisions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
2. Internal Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional coordination (e.g., Ops, Marketing, Finance, Compliance)
- Track and monitor deliverables such as Accreditation, NDA, and TOR requests
- Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
- Document workflows, processes, and internal guidelines
- Support implementation of tools (e.g., Lark) to streamline and formalize workflows
3. BD Proposal & Commercial Support
- Assist Account Managers in preparing business proposals, presentations, and partnership decks
- Conduct basic research and benchmarking to support proposal development
- Help structure commercial terms, pricing comparisons, and partnership models
- Ensure proposals are aligned with business goals and internal guidelines
6. Ad-hoc Business Support
- Provide day-to-day support to Account Managers on BD-related tasks
- Assist in cross-functional projects as required
- Take on additional responsibilities assigned by the Account Manager or team lead
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced level)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is required
