Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Excellence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process standardization, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage process standardization projects to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to team members on process improvement techniques and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • College degree, preferably with a major or minor in Engineering.
  • Green Belt certification or training in Lean Six Sigma.
  • Proven experience in a process improvement role with a track record of successful accomplishments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and be present in the office.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in a similar industry or sector.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and data analysis tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
