Business Development Supervisor
The Business Development Supervisor (BDS) is primarily responsible for ensuring that business development tasks & initiatives are timely accomplished in line with the Company's organizational objectives.
- Project Management: Coordinates with various project proponents in monitoring the status & progress of all Company projects.
- Product Development: Responsible for assisting the Business Development Manager (BDM) and pertinent Departments in developing the product or service.
- Market Research & Analysis: Spearheads data gathering and recommends the use of appropriate tools & analysis for market research.
- Data Utilization: Responsible for maintaining the accuracy & reliability of all information databases and automations handled by Business Development.
- Business Documentation: Acts as the reviewer of drafts composed by Business Development, including but not limited to drafts of manuals, policies, profiles, presentations, reports, forms and templates.
- Business Planning: Responsible for preparing the business planning documentation and for providing recommendations to Departments, to the BDM, and/or the DCFC Management.
Other functions of the BDS shall include:
- Collaborates with internal (and/or external) parties in the performance of its activities to ensure accuracy and to drive teamwork & innovation.
- Provides advisory & support for Departments, as needed.
- Train/Guide/Mentor Business Development Associates in the performance of their tasks.
- Performs ad hoc tasks and other business development initiatives, as instructed to him/her from time to time by the Business Development Manager and/or DCFC Management.
- Ensures departmental continuity by serving as the Acting Lead in the absence of the Business Development Manager.
