We're Hiring: Business Development Specialist (Remote – Full-Time)

Thoth Studio is a fast-growing creative advertising agency specializing in premium Branding, Advertising, UI/UX Design, and Media services for lifestyle brands. We help businesses stand out with high-impact campaigns and strategy-driven execution.

We're looking for a smart, self-driven Business Development Specialist to help us grow our client base across India and globally.

SalaryRs 10,000 pm + 10% commission on every closed client.

What You'll Do

• Identify & connect with potential clients in lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, F&B, D2C, and real estate sectors
• Generate leads for services like Website UI/UX, Photography, and Videography (Quantity & Quality projects)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
• Develop & execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with our creative team

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation & sales (agency background preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong market research & analytical skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Knowledge of lifestyle, advertising, or digital marketing space is a huge plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
