We're looking for someone who can turn conversations into conversions through active, engaging chats.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with leads through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other chat platforms.
• Understand customers fitness goals and recommend the right GETSETFIT program.
• Build genuine conversations and maintain active follow-ups.
• Handle questions and objections confidently.
• Convert conversations into memberships and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain lead and conversion records.
• Coordinate with the team for a smooth customer onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, business development, or chat-based customer service.
• Excellent written English and strong conversational skills.
• Natural, persuasive, and confident communication style.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Target-driven with strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Genuine interest in fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
• Hindi/regional languages are a plus.
• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.
