Overview:
A Business Development Specialist drives growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and executing strategies. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and project management skills to implement initiatives effectively. Analytical thinking and problem-solving are essential for data-driven decisions and creative solutions. Working independently, the specialist ensures business development goals are met while navigating evolving products and markets.
What you will be doing:
- Create data dashboards to monitor and visualize performance;
- Provide periodic information and actionable insights to the sales team;
- Develop and implement business growth strategies;
- Design and craft data models and programs for new business partners to maximize net volume while maintaining profitability;
- Deliver sound, data-backed recommendations to the sales team as needed;
- Propose strategies for existing partners to identify opportunities for incremental net volume;
- Formulate automated reports on Net PV of products for area leads and relationship managers;
- Prepare daily reports for upper management and weekly presentation slides for BU meetings;
- Maintain weekly and monthly files to ensure profitability of key segments.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Business Administration/Management, Industrial Management, Finance, Economics, or any other related business field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable
- At least 2 years Sales / Business Development experience
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
