Job Summary
Support the growth and expansion of AIC Water Business through strategic investments Public-Private Partnerships, and Business-to-Business transactions
Responsibilities
- Assists in market scanning and analysis for potential business development spanning from government to private clients
- Assists in leading an end to end life cycle of all the prospective investments from deal sourcing, structuring, prioritizing investment opportunities, analysis and development of assumptions, sourcing and management of relevant advisors/consultants, etc.
- Prepares and evaluates projects through rapid assessment and Due Diligence
- Assists in supervising projects at all stages (from inception to operations) by assessing project viability, strategic alignment, managing and monitoring project schedule, budget, compliance, etc
- Prepares input sheets for financial models for use in assessing the viability of acquiring existing infrastructure assets & companies / or of developing infrastructure projects
- Coordinates with all concerned internal BUs (Accounting and Finance, Structuring Regulatory and Compliance, and others) for project implementation.
- Liaises with key internal/external stakeholders to build relationships and gather relevant information.
- Prepares reports and regular updates to the AIC Water Mancom as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Management or Engineering
- At least 3 years in Business Development role, experience in PPP projects and M&A is preferred but not required
