Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and professional Business Development Representative to support growth initiatives by introducing our healthcare services to potential partners, including law firms and healthcare-related organizations.

This role focuses on relationship-building, outreach, and opportunity identification rather than aggressive sales. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and able to communicate value clearly in a consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Outreach and Lead Engagement

  • Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to introduce the company and its services to prospective partners.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with lawyers, healthcare providers, and referral partners.
  • Clearly explain services, value propositions, and partnership opportunities in a confident yet consultative manner.
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities and referral sources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and results.
  • Participate in interviews, assessments, and introduction video submissions as part of the hiring process.

Sales Support and Follow-Up


  • Track call outcomes, lead status, and conversion results.
  • Perform follow-up calls, text messages, and email outreach to unresponsive leads.
  • Maintain accurate notes and update CRM or scheduling systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and front-desk teams to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications


Required

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Outbound Sales, Appointment Setting, or Telemarketing.
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and guide conversations toward booking appointments.
  • Comfortable meeting daily call and booking targets.

Preferred


  • Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, medical, or wellness sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management tools, or appointment scheduling software.
  • Understanding of insurance-based or injury-related services such as auto accidents, workers compensation, or personal injury cases.
