Your Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Proactively call pharmacies to introduce client's websites and qualify sales leads
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Deliver engaging product presentations that clearly show how our websites support pharmacy growth
  • Accurately record activity, opportunities, and outcomes in the ERP/CRM
  • Prepare quotes aligned to customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets while upholding client's brand standards

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound phone-based sales
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business
  • Confidence presenting digital or service-based solutions in a consultative way
  • Experience using ERP/CRM and sales management tools

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Experience selling to pharmacies, healthcare, or small businesses
  • Demonstrated success consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling digital products such as websites, SaaS, or marketing solutions
  • Experience using Microsoft Office/365
  • Experience using Zoho
