YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Expertise in CRM platforms and professional English communication for US-based clientele
• Previous experience operating in an offshore/remote delivery model
• Full commitment to a permanent night shift schedule and a stable remote work setup

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing to understand lead sources and campaign context
• Provide detailed handoffs to sales representatives for qualified leads
• Report on lead quality trends to optimize the top-of-funnel process

Operational Excellence

You maintain high standards of reliability and data accuracy to ensure no opportunity is lost during the shift.

• Update CRM records in real-time with accurate qualification notes
• Manage follow-up queues to ensure timely responses to all inquiries
