Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven BDR to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be building relationships with business decision-makers and referral partners, managing your own pipeline, and closing service agreements. You'll have direct access to leadership and a clear path to grow as the company scales.

What we're looking for:

  • 35 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and multi-touch follow-up
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized able to manage your own workload
  • Experience in outsourced services or operational solutions is an advantage
