About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to help build and scale our outbound sales pipeline across the North American market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying mid-market prospects through personalized, multi-channel outreach.

This is not a traditional high-volume SDR position. Instead, we are seeking someone who can take a strategic approach to outbound prospecting, deeply understand customer challenges, and create meaningful conversations with decision-makers. You will work closely with company leadership to refine our ideal customer profile (ICP), optimize messaging, and contribute to the growth of our outbound sales engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage mid-market companies across North America through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges, business needs, and buying intent.
  • Generate 10–15 high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using modern sales intelligence and prospecting tools.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine outbound messaging, targeting strategies, and ideal customer profiles.
  • Own the outbound sales process from initial outreach through qualified opportunity creation.
  • Execute personalized, account-based outbound campaigns to drive meaningful engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and pipeline progress within the CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in outbound sales development, business development, or lead generation, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to conduct personalized outreach and build relationships with prospects.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and modern sales prospecting tools.
  • Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Self-starter with a high level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment with evolving processes.
