Position: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Work Setup: Remote | Night Shift (8 PM5 AM PHT, MondayFriday)
Salary: 20,600/month (2,500 RMB) + performance-based bonuses
Contract: 1-year renewable | Paid training included
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and engage leads for US-based clients
- Generate new business opportunities and schedule product demos
- Follow structured sales scripts to close initial deals
- Coordinate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads
Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience in BPO, customer service, or cold-calling
- Conversational English communication skills
- Own PC/laptop, stable internet, and willingness to work night shift
- Prior experience in lead generation or appointment setting is a plus
