DigiDesk is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing US SaaS company in the financial and real estate technology space. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities through research, targeted outreach, and direct collaboration with the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow a career in sales and business development.
What You'll Do
- Research and qualify target firms to identify potential opportunities.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers (e.g., tax partners, CIOs, engineers).
- Run personalized outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct light qualification calls to gauge interest and route leads to the sales team.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, and events with tailored outreach.
- Keep CRM data clean and accurate using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills fluent, conversational English required.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with outbound phone and email outreach.
- Proactive, accountable, and collaborative mindset.
- Tech-savvy; experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
