Job Description

Overview:

We are a privately held National Claim Solutions company based in the United States, and we're currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help customers move forward with their property and auto repairs using Scout Pro. You'll follow up on assignments, answer customer questions, and guide them through the repair process from start to finish. Since this position includes a sales component, previous experience in sales or business development is required.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer questions through email, chat, and phone calls
  • Follow up with customers to help complete the repair process
  • Review and update claim statuses in the system
  • Keep accurate notes and documentation for each assignment
  • Share ideas to improve workflows, automation, and overall efficiency
  • Help improve customer experience and strengthen business partner relationships

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Comfortable working with a team in a collaborative environment
  • Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
