Salary Range starts at monthly 45,000 and higher depending on experience + Incentives/Commissions

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads, contact potential clients, and set appointments for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers, so professionalism and communication skills are key. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn or CRM tools to reach prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads via phone or email to keep them engaged.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly quotas for calls, emails, and appointments.
  • Handle objections professionally and identify decision-makers.
  • Stay informed about the company's products, services, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Comfortable with CRM software (Zoho is preferred).
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
