Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to generate qualified appointments for Australian clients
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow call scripts and structured sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and handle objections professionally
- Accurately document call details and outcomes in the CRM system
Qualification and requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Appointment Setter in the BPO industry
- At least 2 years of outbound call center experience
- Strong background in lead generation and/or telesales
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to adapt sales approach to different customer profiles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
