Business Development Representative (BDR)

Palomarr is an AI technology advisory company that helps businesses find the right technology solutions quickly and efficiently. Our platform connects clients with over 700 technology and BPO partners, streamlining the procurement process and reducing time spent on research and evaluation.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our event-based marketing efforts. You will engage potential clients and invite them to virtual and in-person events, helping drive attendance and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Verify lead lists for accuracy and remove duplicates.
• Event Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to invite prospects to events.
• Prospect Qualification: Ensure leads match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Pre-Event Engagement: Communicate with registered attendees to confirm attendance.
• Event Support: Assist guests during events with login issues or questions.
• Post-Event Follow-Up: Collect feedback, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting or lead generation.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or Customer Experience (CX) technologies.
• Experience supporting virtual or in-person events.

Pay: Php 294.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
