PUSH Agency is the largest premium caliber event staffing agency in North America. We are experiencing tremendous growth, and seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our Managing Director in driving new revenue growth.
This role is not traditional admin support. The primary objective is to:
- Protect the Managing Director's time
- Build and manage outbound prospect pipelines
- Maintain Hubspot CRM accuracy and follow-up discipline
- Leverage AI and innovative tools to improve Business Development processes
- Prepare strategic account research and briefing materials
- Ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks. You will operate at the center of our new business engine.
Primary Objective
Enable the Managing Director to focus exclusively on:
- High-level sales conversations
- Enterprise deal structuring
- Strategic account development
- Own all research, tracking, documentation, and follow-up execution.
Core Responsibilities
1. Prospect Research & Target Development
- Build and maintain target account lists (CPG brands, agencies, tech conference organizers, experiential marketers)
- Research each account (retail footprint, event calendar, funding status, decision-makers)
- Identify strategic expansion signals (new distribution, funding, product launches)
- Prepare briefing documents before executive calls
2. CRM Management (HubSpot)
- Ensure 100% CRM hygiene and compliance
- Log meeting notes and summaries
- Update deal stages accurately
- Track follow-up dates and reminders
- Maintain contact records and segmentation. No deal should move without documentation.
3. Outbound Support
- Draft personalized outreach messages (LinkedIn + email)
- Prepare follow-up sequences
- Schedule meetings
- Track response rates and engagement metrics
- Monitor dormant leads and trigger re-engagement. This is structured, not spam outreach.
4. Meeting & Pipeline Coordination
- Prepare pre-call briefing summaries
- Draft post-call recap emails
- Track proposal delivery and review dates
- Monitor deposit status and contract status
- Provide weekly pipeline performance reports. You are the accountability layer behind the sales process.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly new business reports
- Track KPIs such as:
- New leads added
- Meetings booked
- Pipeline value
- Proposal volume
- Follow-up compliance
Provide a concise weekly summary to leadership.
What This Role Is NOT
- Not cold-calling as a sales rep
- Not closing deals
- Not running operations
- Not a general virtual assistant. This role supports revenue growth infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years experience supporting sales or business development teams
- Strong experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Excellent written English
- Strong research and organizational skills
- High accountability and follow-through

Work Structure
- Remote (Philippines)
- 40 hours per week during US Mountain Time hours
- Flexible schedule with some overlap with US time zones
- Reports directly to Managing Director
