Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead Generation and Business Development

  • Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, specifiers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Promote company products, services, and programs while distributing marketing and technical materials.
  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and project information to support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer engagements, opportunities, and follow-up activities.

Customer Acquisition and Sales Support

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients and projects across target industries.
  • Support the preparation, monitoring, and follow-up of quotations, proposals, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and management to secure project opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Project Management and Coordination

  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and project coordination activities.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and progress to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to address project requirements, changes, and risks.
  • Provide project updates and maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Customer Relationship Management and After-Sales Support

  • Facilitate project turnover and ensure customer satisfaction after implementation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer concerns and provide ongoing support.
  • Identify account growth opportunities, including upgrades, renewals, and additional services.
  • Assist in conducting customer training and product orientation programs.

Reporting and Administrative Functions

  • Prepare and submit required sales, customer visit, project, and lead tracking reports.
  • Maintain updated customer, account, and project records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB OBJECTIVE

Contribute to the achievement of overall sales targets by generating leads, developing business opportunities, securing product specifications, managing projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships for assigned products and brands.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related Engineering course.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Business Development, or related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
