Job Description

The Business and Development Officer will identify and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth. This role involves conducting market research and feasibility studies to determine potential locations while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support the company's expansion.

Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct market research and feasibility studies for potential business locations.
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new business opportunities.
Negotiate lease agreements and secure prime locations for franchise expansion.
Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
Support the development of marketing strategies for business expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, franchise sales, or similar roles.
Strong background in lease negotiations and market research.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
