KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Support the execution of business development strategies to help drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leasing prospects, and potential partnerships.
  3. Help build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in office, retail, and mixed-use commercial property sectors.
  4. Contribute to initiatives aimed at expanding the company's client base and market reach.
  5. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and corporate tenants.
  6. Support in securing leasing opportunities and consultancy engagements for commercial properties.
  7. Handle assigned accounts and ensure timely coordination and client servicing.
  8. Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat transactions and long-term partnerships.
  9. Generate and qualify leads for leasing opportunities and potential business deals.
  10. Contribute to achieving team-based revenue targets.
  11. Participate in industry events, property launches, and networking activities as required.
  12. Support efforts to build relationships with brokers, developers, investors, and corporate clients.
  13. Help promote the company's services and maintain a positive brand presence in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or business development.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement
  • Ability to conduct market research and prepare simple reports or presentations
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and attend industry/networking events
