Job Description

  • Research and identify new business prospects and potential market segments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets and diversifying our service/product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and feedback.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and continuously strive to exceed client expectations.
  • Drive sales initiatives and work to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, including contract negotiations and pricing.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships that will contribute to company growth and expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.
  • Use insights to adapt business development efforts and improve service offerings.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on market demands and client needs to shape future offerings.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior leadership on progress toward business goals.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
