Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu for a Business Development Officer. The Business Development Officer will oversee developing and executing strategies for acquiring new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. Key responsibilities will include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and strong Analytical Skills
• Understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in business development or sales roles is a plus
