About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fieldwork, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong background in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Present products/services and negotiate deals
  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets

Qualifications

  • At least 23 years of solid experience in B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and highly motivated
  • Willing to do fieldwork and client visits

Nice to Have (Optional)

  • Experience in account management or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Background in service-based or tech-related industries is a plus
