About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Officer to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fieldwork, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong background in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct field visits and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Present products/services and negotiate deals
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
Qualifications
- At least 23 years of solid experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and highly motivated
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience in account management or business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Background in service-based or tech-related industries is a plus
