This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Metro Manila. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, creating financial plans, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves fostering partnerships, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the company's growth initiatives through proactive engagement with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in New Business Development with a strong ability to identify and pursue strategic opportunities
• Strong Analytical Skills with the capability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and generating revenue growth strategies
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Customer Service orientation with a focus on delivering excellent user experience
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the logistics or E-Commerce industry is a plus
