We are looking for young, energetic and goal-oriented candidates to join our team as a sales
executive. The team provides public trainings and seminars in various areas covering Quality, EH&S, IT, HROD and Sustainability including certification programs / workshops, overview seminars and conferences.
The applicant will be tasked to work independently without compromising the team dynamics and contribute in achieving the overall financial and related targets set out. The applicant shall create new leads as and when necessary but primarily work with the existing leads to market the trainings and seminars. Opportunity and need to travel to the regional offices to coordinate activities as well as train personnel will be part of the job.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with subject matter experts / Public Training Lead to better understand the key selling points of the programs
- B2B telesales, contacting existing and potential attendees about conferences, events, training and other products and services.
- Implement team campaigns as instructed, manage end-to-end client relationships and provide feedback.
- Understand the program, and researching the event and industry which you are promoting to keep clients and fellow staff informed of news and relevant developments within the industry.
- Take personal accountability to achieve targets, by creating daily reports, analyzing performance and gaining improvements
- Use of all appropriate resources available such as research and marketing literature to provide a value proposition to attendees ensuring that you are persistent and provide a high
level of customer service at all times
